What we collect
Contact details you submit through forms: name, email, store URL and revenue range. Analytics data about page visits, collected in aggregate.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, and measure which pages bring qualified enquiries.
Client account data
During an engagement we access Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console and Shopify accounts under permissions you grant. Access is removed within 7 days of an engagement ending.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors we use: Google Analytics, Google Workspace and our CRM. Each processes data on our instructions only.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months. Client records are kept for 7 years where tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hello@hyperclick.agency. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies to count visits. No advertising cookies are set on this site.
